I call the practice Lead from Being. The name is a shorthand for a conviction earned across two decades of operator and advisor work. Sustained results do not come from a better strategy. They come from a different way of being underneath the strategy, for the leader, for the team, and for the organization the change has to live inside.
Most senior advisors are good at one of two things, the strategic work or the personal work. Few are built to hold both in the same conversation. That is where I work, at the place where the calls only you can make meet the version of yourself the moment requires.

My background spans Boston Consulting Group and Google, where I built leadership and organizational effectiveness programs across YouTube, Cloud, Ads, and the company's global networking teams. I have worked across five continents with clients ranging from early-stage founders to Fortune 100 executives to heads of state.
