About

Omeed Rezaian.

I came to this work as an operator. Strategy consulting at Boston Consulting Group, then Google, where I built leadership and organizational effectiveness programs across YouTube, Cloud, Ads, and the company's global networking teams. My clients along the way have ranged from early-stage founders to Fortune 100 executives to heads of state, across five continents and most major industries.

Across all of it, one pattern held. The leaders who delivered lasting change weren't the ones who pushed hardest or motivated best. They were the ones willing to take on the structural conditions around their teams, who gets rewarded, who actually decides, who lives with the consequences of decisions, and willing to look honestly at who they were being while the work was happening. Sustained results come from a different way of being, not a better playbook. That conviction sits at the center of how I work.

Most senior advisors are good at one of two things, the strategic work or the personal work. Few are built to hold both in the same conversation. That is where I work, at the place where the calls only the leader can make meet the version of themselves the moment requires. Engagements are bespoke, long-arc, and structured to leave the leader and their team more capable than they were at the start. The clients I have worked with longest are still drawing on what we built together, sometimes for problems we never named when we started.

A few years ago, I had a heart attack. It was the quiet result of treating self-care as selfishness for a long time. Staring down death makes things very simple, very fast. I let go of what didn't matter and got clear on what did, being the best son, brother, husband, father, and friend I can be. That clarity is what I bring to my clients now.

I live in the Bay Area with my wife and two teenage children. When I'm not working, I'm expanding my sports and wildlife photography, geeking out over One Piece with my kids, plotting the family's next travel adventure, or mentoring high-schoolers and early founders trying to find their way. I'm the son of immigrants who came to Chicago in search of a steadier life, and who raised me to translate between worlds. That upbringing still shapes how I sit with leaders carrying more than they let on. Building this practice independently has been a values choice, for the work I want to spend my life on and for the kind of partner, father, and friend I want to be while doing it.

If there's a result you need to deliver, through a transition, a transformation, or a step-change in scope or scale, and you want every available edge on your side, I'd like to hear about it.
