Overview

This site uses optional analytics to understand how visitors navigate and engage with our content. You can accept or reject analytics when you first visit. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under omeed_cookie_consent. You can change your mind by clearing site data for omeed.ai and revisiting.

Essential vs. analytics

Always on: features required to use the site — navigation, the booking flow, contact forms, and the AI assistant. These do not depend on analytics consent.

Analytics (opt-in): only active after you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you reject, we do not initialize analytics tools, record page views, or store an analytics session identifier in session storage.

What we collect when analytics is accepted

  • Page views — page path, referrer, and an anonymous session identifier (stored in session storage for the browser tab).
  • Booking modal opened — interaction context such as page path and source (e.g. footer, chat).
  • WhatsApp click — interaction context such as page path and source (e.g. footer, chat).
  • Contact form sent — interaction context such as page path and source (e.g. footer, chat).
  • Chat → booking intent — interaction context such as page path and source (e.g. footer, chat).
  • Completed bookings — when you finish scheduling via Calendly, we record that a booking was completed along with page and source context.

Analytics data is stored in our Supabase database for internal reporting. When configured, events may also be sent to PostHog (privacy-focused product analytics). We do not use analytics data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Chat and conversations

The AI assistant works with or without analytics consent. When analytics is accepted, opening the chat may register an anonymous session so we can review conversation trends in our admin dashboard. Message content you send is processed to generate replies; see our Privacy Policy for how contact and inquiry data is handled.
